Claim Your Identity as a Founder and CEO

Do you see yourself as the founder or CEO of your brand or company? If not that needs to change immediately. Now is the time to shift your mindset into who you actually are.

Why am I emphasizing this?

Because how you see yourself determines how you move in both life and business. Calling yourself an “entrepreneur” is open-ended. But when you say:

“Hi, I’m the founder of [Company], and we [do X],”
you’re no longer generic you’re specific. And with specificity comes clarity.

When you’re clear on:

  • Who you are
  • What you’re building
  • Where you’re headed

…everything else, your decisions, your goals, your daily actions, becomes easier to align.

As we head deeper into Q4 and continue talking about “The Great Lock-In,” I’ve realized I’m seeking more than just focus. I’m stepping fully into who I’m becoming.

For me, that looks like quiet clarity and deep alignment.

For you, it might look like:

  • Strengthening your social skills
  • Expanding your network
  • Diving deeper into community

Learning a new skill set
(or honestly all of the above)

Here’s what I want you to take away:

We’re not just entrepreneurs.
We are founders and CEOs building with intention and clarity.

Where you are now is not where you’ll be next season if you’re clear on:

  • Who you are
  • Your role
  • What you’re building

You are doing (and will continue to do) great things.

Let’s start and finish Q4 strong.
