Making younger me proud
My name is Le’Andra (Lee-On-drah), but most people know me as Elle (L). I am your favorite Creative entrepreneur based in Atlanta, Ga. As a child, I don’t think I could’ve imagined life like this.
When I was younger, the only thing I ever wanted to be was a fashion designer. To see where that creativity has led me in business and career is amazing.
You may have asked, ” creative entrepreneur, what does that mean, and how does it apply to you?” I’m a content creator and I own and operate a creative marketing firm, Elle Dove Media. I also head a creative community of highly engaged members where I teach, and host networking events and workshops. I got my start in fashion as a designer under my own brand (Lorenza James) for 10+ years before pivoting to marketing. I can tell you, my younger self is wowed.
While I enjoy the creative aspect of my company, my priority is to have a positive impact on the communities I serve through it. No matter the business, I lead by example showing them they can appreciate themselves wholly where they are while also creating the life they want. It’s all bout gratitude and seeing yourself full, which is why “Hey you beautiful sexy human” went from being a personal greeting to my audience to a national movement.
I enjoy sharing my life daily and engaging with my community on through my blog and on social media platforms authentically. I am passionate about internal growth, introspection, honest positivity, marriage, faith, family, and my entrepreneurial growth.
I have been described as, “A positive source of energy and encouragement.” That is THE BEST compliment because it is proof that I am achieving what I set out to do in my community and with my clients. I don’t always get things right but I am always grateful for the lessons and the opportunity to grow and share with my community.
